Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-04-24

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website blackeasyads.com (the "Site"), the eligibility form at /apply, and any related channels we operate (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. About EasyAds

"EasyAds" (also known as BlackEasyAds, referred to as "we", "us", or "our") provides managed advertising infrastructure and, separately, fully managed advertising services to ecommerce operators in the peptide vertical. Details of each service tier, including pricing, deliverables, and performance terms, are described on the Site and confirmed in a separate Master Services Agreement ("MSA") that each paying customer signs before work begins.

3. Who we serve

We serve legitimate businesses advertising compliant peptide products. We reserve the absolute right to accept or decline any application based on fit, product legality, compliance posture, operational capacity, or any other reasonable business consideration. A submission through the Site is an application, not a contract, and does not create any engagement between you and us.

4. Eligibility

By submitting the application form you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and authorized to make decisions about the business you represent.
  • The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • The products you advertise are legal to manufacture, sell, and ship in every jurisdiction where they are offered.
  • Your business does not engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.
  • You understand that submission of the form does not guarantee acceptance into the Service.

5. What we will not take on

We will not work with merchants selling products that are illegal in their destination markets. We will not run advertising that misrepresents a product's properties, ingredients, or regulatory status. We will not accept engagements that require fraud, money laundering, identity falsification, or knowingly violating platform policies beyond the standard compliance craft that keeps a peptide ad account operating. These are non-negotiable.

6. Your account and responsibilities

If the Service requires you to access any accounts we provide (for example, Meta Business Manager seats under our pool), you must: (a) use them solely for the campaigns and product categories agreed in your MSA; (b) not attempt to transfer, resell, or lease access to third parties; (c) maintain reasonable security hygiene on devices used to access them; and (d) notify us immediately of any suspected compromise. You remain responsible for the content, creative, and commercial decisions you make with those accounts.

7. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for its intended purpose: to learn about the Service and to apply. You may not (a) scrape, index, or copy the Site at scale; (b) reverse-engineer or probe the Site for vulnerabilities; (c) use automated tools to flood the application form with submissions; (d) misrepresent your identity or intent when applying. We reserve the right to block abusive traffic and to delete submissions we identify as abusive.

8. Fees, billing, and payment

Fee structures are described on the Site for informational purposes only and are confirmed in your individual MSA. In general: Path A fees are a percentage of ad spend invoiced on a weekly cycle; Path B fees are a custom quote agreed before work begins. Invoices are due on receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in suspension of Service and may accrue interest to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Performance terms

Any performance commitment (for example, the minimum sustained ROAS floor offered in Path B) is made only in your signed MSA and on the conditions stated there. If you are in Path B and we cannot meet the agreed performance floor, the remedy is a restructure of the engagement or a refund as specified in the MSA. Nothing on this Site, including metrics and case examples, constitutes a performance guarantee until it appears, by name, in the MSA.

10. Third-party platforms

The Service depends on third-party platforms, including but not limited to Meta, Google, TikTok, and Telegram. We do not control their policies, availability, or enforcement behavior. Platform changes can affect the Service with little or no notice. We adapt as quickly as reasonably possible but we do not guarantee any specific outcome on any specific platform.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including copy, structure, design, the EasyAds and BlackEasyAds names, and the EasyAds logo — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, adapt, or redistribute it to operate a competing service. Fair use for criticism, analysis, journalism, or commentary is permitted.

Any intellectual property you provide to us (your brand, your creative assets, your offer copy) remains yours. By providing it, you grant us the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license required to deliver the Service you engaged us for, for the duration of the engagement.

Your pixel, advertising audiences, and campaign learning are yours and remain yours whether you stay with us or not. We will export this data to you on reasonable request.

12. No guarantees on the public Site

Metrics and outcomes cited on the Site (for example, account lifespan, ad spend processed, ROAS ranges, merchant counts) reflect aggregate, historical performance across specific merchants on specific stacks at specific times. Your outcomes depend on your product, offer, creative, spend levels, and the behavior of advertising platforms at the time you run. Nothing on the public Site constitutes a promise of identical results.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Site at any time. If you are an active customer, termination of the Service is governed by your MSA. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service (including removing your access to any accounts we provide) if you breach these Terms or the MSA, violate applicable law, or engage in conduct that exposes us, the accounts we operate, or our other merchants to material risk.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and the Service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyAds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profit, goodwill, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the Service. For any direct claim, our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or zero if you have not paid us. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasyAds, its affiliates, and its personnel from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (c) content, products, or claims you provide to us that turn out to be unlawful or materially misrepresented.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the latest change. Material changes that affect active customers will be notified via Telegram or email at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EasyAds is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless your individual MSA specifies a different forum or arbitration procedure.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect and the invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
